Remove BG (the “App”) is developed and published by Liamyte OÜ (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your photos and information.

Photo Processing

Photos you select are processed locally on your device. Remove BG does not upload your photos to Liamyte or third-party services for image processing.

Data Collection and Sharing

Remove BG does not require a user account. Liamyte does not collect your photos or local app data from the App.

The App does not include third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs, and does not share your photos or local app data with third parties for advertising, tracking, analytics, or image processing.

Local Data, Retention, and Deletion

The App may store settings and app state locally on your device so its features work correctly. Liamyte does not receive this local data.

Local app data remains on your device while the App is installed and is removed when you delete the App, except for information managed separately by Apple or content you have exported elsewhere.

Images you choose to save are stored in the destination you select and are not retained by Liamyte.

Permissions and Privacy Choices

The App accesses photos or files only when you choose to provide or save content using its features. Where an iOS permission has been granted, you can review, change, or revoke it in iOS Settings.

Because Liamyte does not store your photos or local app data on its servers, there is no Remove BG account or server-side photo library to delete.

Purchases and Apple Services

In-app purchases and purchase restoration are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Liamyte does not receive or store your payment card information.

Apple may process purchase, analytics, or diagnostic information through its services according to Apple's own privacy practices and your device settings.

Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it to respond to your request. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence where applicable.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
